The Roarin' Twenties
The 1920's saw new discoveries and inventions in nearly every aspect of things that became the foundation of thriving businesses. The 20's was a time of Prohibition, dancing, jazz and wealth. This was an age of social and political change. The nations entire wealth doubled with in the span of years form 1920- 1929. The U.S. was flourishing at this time and it was different than ever before. Jazz dancing took over with the Jazz Age and the Flappers redefined womanhood. Everything was changing and modernizing, not everyone loved it, because it was too much change and there was so many traditions being broken. There was new technologies, especially cars, moving pictures, and radios became more modern. Whether or not everyone liked it, the U.S. did in fact change for the better and was no other time before.
